Sponsorship and Exhibiting Opportunities

The 2008 Annual Meeting offers an excellent opportunity for your company to gain visibility and to show your support for the pasta industry, by sponsoring an Annual Meeting event.

Once again this year, we will have a tabletop exhibit opportunity for Diamond and Gold sponsors to present their products and services.  The tabletop exhibits are scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. around a Continental breakfast.  As a Diamond or Gold sponsor, you will be provided with a 6-foot draped table and sign bearing your company’s name.  Your company is responsible for any additional costs including audiovisual, electrical, telephone line set-up and insurance. 

Three levels of sponsorships are available, ranging from $750 to $1,500.  Following are the sponsorship opportunities, along with the sponsor benefits you will receive:

DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP - $1,500 or more

Activities to Choose From:

  • Tuesday Evening Dinner (Limit 2 sponsors)
  • Sunday Evening Dinner (Limit 2 sponsors)
  • Golf Tournament (Limit 2 sponsors)

Diamond Sponsor Benefits:

  • Recognition on Sunday or Tuesday Dinner Menu and opportunity to provide a small company memento and/or literature to dinner guests (please contact NPA for guidance)
  • Tabletop Exhibit at Tuesday Breakfast
  • Company listed in on-site program and NPA Website
  • Signage Recognition
  • Special badges

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $1,000
